Literally phoning it in today. Sent the last post as a text message. This one was almost a Google+ post, but among the few people with me in their circles on +, I'm pretty sure none of them would want to read this there (and it's really so much more clever here, right? sure...). Besides, Brent Weeks added me! Reasons unknown, or maybe he wants "I knew him before he was cool" credit later, maybe he's just cool about friending back - either way, he's the coolest writer going, and I'm not just saying that because he added me. I'm saying that because he wrote an entire trilogy about ninjas.
Wrote a joke. It's hilarious, but it's foreign, both in language and subject. Even if I could translate it, which I can't, it wouldn't be funny to anyone who didn't grow up in the culture. Which hasn't actually been created yet, so it's safe to say nobody will laugh. Still, foreign joke. Here you go.
Kinter nig monsin. Safenis set migranto. Markerun asec selperon, vos inco geirlo mec verocso. Fenister, pont as ic asercer mikurun!
And a one-liner:
Gerios, veric ascerios!
I don't know what it means, but you might respond safely with "That's what she said."
